Planning and Zoning
The City of Libby’s Planning and Zoning Department is provided through an Interlocal Agreement with Lincoln County. This agreement allows access to professional planning staff and GIS technicians. Kristin Smith is the Director.
She provides staff support to the City Planning Board and City Council, reviews subdivisions, and variance requests, and makes recommendations to the City in conformance with adopted regulations ordinances and state law.
