PUBLIC HEARING: BUDGET AMMENDMENT
The Libby City Council is holding a Public Hearing to solicit public comments concerning the
amended fiscal year 2025 budget before final approval.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Approve Resolution #2062 providing for the amendment of fiscal year 2025 budget.
2. Approve Wastewater Preliminary Engineering Report work order #6 with WWC Engineering.
3. Approve submission of Montana Main Street grant for Mineral Avenue Master Plan.
4. Employee Policies and Procedures Manual update. (Introduction)
5. Approve all claims received to date.
6. Approve all business license applications received to date.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Chamber of Commerce request for long-term building lease-Discussion.
2. Grant Writer/Community Development Coordinator Job Description-Discussion.
