1. Approve rezoning request – Parcel A1 of the Asa Wood Property.

The Libby City Council will accept public comment regarding Zoning changes to Parcel B of
the Asa Wood property changing from Residential A to Residential Business.

2. Approve rezoning request – Parcel B of the Asa Wood Property.
3. Approve Volunteer Fire Department request for Community Development Funds
4. Approve Great West Engineering to prepare and submit a Montana DNRC Renewable Resource Grant and Loan Program Technical Narrative Grant application in the amount of $30,000 to evaluate and plan improvements to the backup power and electrical systems at the City of Libby Wastewater Treatment Facility .
5. Approve all claims received to date.
6. Approve all business license applications received to date.
