What is a Montana Local Government Voter Review?
The Montana Local Government Review is a unique provision in Montana’s Constitution decennial (every ten years) process established by the 1972 Montana Constitution, where citizens have the opportunity to review and potentially change the structure of their local government. This review allows voters to decide if they want to form a study commission to examine their city or county’s form of government and propose improvements.
