PUBLIC COMMENT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS: This is an opportunity for the Public to offer comments related to issues that are not currently on the agenda that the council has jurisdiction over, limited to 3 minutes.
NEW BUSINESS: Each new agenda item will be introduced by the Mayor (or assigned liaison) with a description of the item and explanation for the recommended action. Following council discussion on each item will be an opportunity for public comment (prior to any action taken). Public comment is limited to agenda item being discussed (limit to 3 minutes)
1. Council update on the Libby Controlled Groundwater Area- George Jamison and Laura Larson Crismore.
2. Introduction on the School Resource Officer- Chief Kessel and Superintendent of Schools Craig Barringer.

• 406 Maintenance-42 Pine Street, Libby-Window washing, Snow removal, Landscaping, Gutter cleaning, Simple Construction, Building Maintenance.
• Crossley Hospital Pharmacy Services-454 Shalom Dr.- Provide contract services to hospital pharmacy departments.
• Debbie’s Cleaning Service – 905 Commerce Way Apt #7- Housekeeping and cleaning for asbestos clients.

Accept Resolution 1932- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LIBBY IS APPLYING TO THE MONTANA DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM (CDBG)TO REPAIR CRITICAL WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM DEFICIENCIES IN THE CITY. THE CITY OF LIBBY HAS THE LEGAL JURISDICTION AND AUTHORITY TO CONSTRUCT, FINANCE, OPERATE, AND MAINTAIN THE CITY WATER SYSTEM.
3. Accept Resolution 1933-A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LIBBY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF MONTANA RECOGNIZING THE CITY’S PLANNING BOARD AUTHORITY TO ACT AS A ZONING COMMISSION PURSUANT TO SECTION 76-2-307 M.C.A AS A ZONING COMMISSION.
