Parking Restrictions during Snow Plowing Season

Parking is prohibited during certain hours from November 1 through March 30 on streets running north/south between 4:00am and 8:00am, streets running east/west between 8:00am and 12:00pm, and other streets between 2:30am and 6:00am.

It is the responsibility of the adjacent property owner to shovel the snow and to put out de-icer.

It is the responsibility of the property owner of any lot, parcel of land, whether vacant, occupied, improved or unimproved within the city or any agent in charge of such property for maintenance and upkeep.
