PUBLIC HEARING: WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
The Libby City Council is holding a Public Hearing to solicit public comments concerning on proposed wastewater system improvements.
1. EPA – Libby Asbestos Superfund site Update.
2. Discuss and approve Farmer’s Market request.
3. Discuss and approve Libby Youth Baseball and Softball Association upgrade request, self-funded.
4. Approve Mayor to authorize future self-funded upgrade requests received from Libby Youth Baseball and Softball Association.
5. Approve 200 yards of gravel for Libby Youth Baseball upgrade.
6. Approve all claims received to date.
7. Approve all business license applications received to date.
