PUBLIC COMMENT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS: This is an opportunity for the public to offer comments related to issues that are not currently on the agenda that the council has jurisdiction over, limited to 3 minutes.
NEW BUSINESS: Each new agenda item will be introduced by the Mayor (or assigned liaison) with a description of the item and explanation for the recommended action. 1. Approve to wave the Ponderosa room fee for the Kootenai Pets for Life for their yearly fundraiser rummage sale.
2. Reappoint Roberta McCanse (appointed by the City Council) Virginia Kocieda (resident freeholder) and Mark Andreasen (resident freeholder) to the Planning Board and Zoning Commission.
3. APPROVE ORDINANCE 1955- A ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIBBY, MONTANA AMENDING CHAPTER 14.02 OF THE LIBBY MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED “BUILDING CODES” TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS. SECOND READING
4. Approve all business licenses received to date.

The manner of Addressing Council:
