PUBLIC COMMENT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS: This is an opportunity for the public to offer comments related to issues that are not currently on the agenda that the council has jurisdiction over, limited to 3 minutes.
NEW BUSINESS: Each new agenda item will be introduced by the Mayor (or assigned liaison) with a description of the item and explanation for the recommended action. 1. Annual report from Parks District Manager Tony Petrusha.
2. Adopt Ordinance 1955 changing Building Codes to meet State requirements.
3. Accept recommendations from the Zoning Commission for the Downtown Business District and the Highway Commercial District.
4. Approve all New Business licenses received to date.
1) 406 Educational Ceramics-1004 Washington-Educational ceramic classes for ages 6 to 106 on all the techniques of painting ceramics. Education Storytime for ages 6-10 (tots n tales)
2) All Spiffed Up-145 Klatawah-Cleaning, Residential and Commercial.

1. City of Libby Wildlife Management Plan.

The manner of Addressing Council:
