APPROVED MINUTES
The Libby City Council held a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 in the Council Chambers of City Hall to obtain public comment regarding the budget for FY-20.
Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Mayor Brent Teske.
Present were Mrs. Williams, Mr. Beach, Ms. Smith, Mr. Taylor, Mr. Dufficy, Mr. Zimmerman, City Clerk/Treasurer Audray McCollum, and City Administrator Jim Hammons. City Attorney Dean Chisholm was absent.
Announcements:
Mayor Teske welcomed the public.
New Business:
FY 20 Preliminary Budget:
Mayor Teske asked the council if they had any questions.
Mr. Taylor asked why there was a 450% increase in the city hall budget on the repair line?
Mayor Teske said the city is going to paint the city hall this year.
There was no public comment on the budget.
Council discussion followed.

The meeting ADJOURNED at 6:37 pm.
