PUBLIC COMMENT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS: This is an opportunity for the public to offer comments related to issues that are not currently on the agenda that the council has jurisdiction over, limited to 3 minutes.

NEW BUSINESS: Each new agenda item will be introduced by the Mayor (or assigned liaison) with a description of the item and explanation for the recommended action. 1. Swear in elected Official- Brian Zimmerman.

2. Reappoint Jennifer Nelson to the Planning Board and Zoning Commission.

3. Approve the TD &H Engineering agreement for the 2020 Water Distribution System Projects.

4. KCCSC. Inc Request permission to pave approximately .5 miles of cross-country ski- trail, contingent upon approved engineering and design, and no negative impact results are reported in the updated Source Water Delineation Assessment report. Approval is needed to secure $25,000.00 in RAC Grant funding.

5. Approve the 3.1% raise and benefits increase for the Department Heads. July 1, 2019- June 30, 2021

6. Approve Resolution 1954- A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIBBY, MONTANA APPROVING A RATE INCREASE FOR THE CITY’S SEWER SYSTEM.

7. Approve all coin-operated amusement devise licenses received to date.

The manner of Addressing Council:
