The City of Libby will be hosting Transparency in Government Week June 4-6th.
Tuesday June 4th at 6 pm in Council Chambers at City Hall, Dan Clark, Director of the Local Government Center at
5/28/19 Streets meeting City Hall.
Tina Oliphant – present information on Tax increment financing (will be referred to as TIF from this point)
1. Gave examples of how the TIF system works
2. Examples of past and current TIF districts throughout the state
3. Explained what projects it can be used for.
