Below is a summary of the discussion from our August 7th meeting:
Brian Zimmerman and Gary Beach present, Rod Dufficy was not present.
No members of the public were present.
The Chair opened the meeting for looking into the decreasing revenue in the city sewer budget.

The Chair opened the meeting and introduced the request from the mayor, budget committee, and city administrator
7/9/19 Streets Meeting – CITY HALL
1. Cheryl Probert of the USFS – presented a proposal for and easement for the access on Flower Creek road to the Upper reservoir and cross-country ski area.
This easement would allow access and allow the city to do maintenance without requiring it to be done by the city.
Mr. Zimmerman made the motion

Tina Oliphant – present information on Tax increment financing (will be referred to as TIF from this point)
1. Gave examples of how the TIF system works
2. Examples of past and current TIF districts throughout the state
3. Explained what projects it can be used for.

Mr. Zimmerman presented that currently the sewer bill is averaged on Oct, Nov, Dec. this could be affected by residence that have left for winter and that we are the only ones in the state
